Brigitta Hoeferle has spent more than three decades doing one thing: helping people communicate in ways that actually change things. Whether on a keynote stage, in a coaching session, or inside a certification program — her work always comes back to one belief: the quality of your communication equals the quality of your results.

Brigitta Hoeferle is a globally recognized keynote speaker, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified NLP Grandmaster Trainer, and TEDx speaker. As CEO of The Center of NLP — established in 1986 — she has trained thousands of leaders across Fortune 500 companies, including Kaiser Permanente, U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and nonprofits, including SOS Children's Villages and the International Coaching Federation. She holds ICF Level 2 Coach Trainer credentials and is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certified enterprise
Born in Germany and having built her career across three continents, Brigitta has never stopped being fascinated by what happens when people truly listen to each other.
That curiosity led her to NLP — Neuro-Linguistic Programming — and eventually to leading The Center of NLP, one of the world's longest-running NLP institutions, founded in direct lineage to NLP co-founders Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Over the years, she has certified thousands of coaches and trainers, delivered keynotes alongside speakers like Oprah Winfrey and Les Brown, and developed 5-Star Listening™ — a framework she uses to help leaders move from surface-level hearing to the kind of deep listening that transforms teams and relationships.
Brigitta holds the ICF MCC designation — the highest coaching credential in the world — and leads a Women-Owned Small Business that serves both corporate and government clients globally. She is based in the U.S. and speaks English and German.
