Born in Germany and shaped by a life lived across continents, Brigitta Hoeferle has spent decades studying what happens when people truly listen to each other.

She didn't start out good at it. Despite studying communication, she admits she "sucked at it"-until she had no choice but to learn. Building and scaling the Montessori School of Cleveland forced her to master the art of listening, not just to parents and staff, but to what children were really telling her.

After successfully selling the school, Brigitta had a realization: children are innocent by nature. It's the adults around them who create the dysfunction. And since she's purpose-driven and on mission, she made a decisive move-she acquired The Center of NLP in 2017, one of the first NLP institutions, founded in direct lineage to the NLP co-founders Grinder & Bandler.

Since then, she has certified thousands of coaches and trainers, delivered keynotes alongside Oprah Winfrey and Les Brown, and developed 5-Star Listening™-a framework that helps leaders move from surface-level hearing to the kind of deep listening that transforms teams, relationships, and results.

Brigitta holds the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation-the highest coaching credential in the world-and leads a Women-Owned Small Business serving Fortune 500 companies, U.S. government agencies, and global nonprofits. Based in the U.S., bilingual in English and German, and serving leaders worldwide.
